Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this program must meet the following requirements:

• Graduated in 2024 or 2025
• Completed a 3-year full-time bachelor’s degree (non-engineering)
• Minimum 50% marks in 10th grade, 12th grade or diploma (if applicable), and undergraduate degree
• No academic gap exceeding two years
• Must not have participated in any LTIMindtree hiring process within the last six months

Who Is Not Eligible?

Candidates who have completed an engineering degree are not eligible for this program.

Compensation

INR 3,19,000 per annum

Candidate Expectations

• Willingness to relocate across LTIMindtree locations in India
• Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
• Interest in building a career in cloud and infrastructure support
