MBA Internship in Odisha 2026 | SAMS Society Stipend Program
The Government of Odisha, through its Higher Education Department, is inviting applications from eligible MBA and PGDBM graduates for a prestigious MBA Internship Programme facilitated by the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Society. This program offers a unique opportunity for fresh management graduates to gain hands-on experience in public administration and digital governance initiatives.
About the Program
The SAMS Society, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, is dedicated to enhancing the academic and administrative operations of higher education in Odisha. Under this internship program, selected candidates will undergo one year of intensive training, receiving a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
- Internship Duration: 1 year
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Number of Interns: Up to 31 (may increase based on candidate performance)
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Must have completed a two-year full-time MBA or PGDBM from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institution in Odisha.
- All specializations are welcome.
- Age Limit: 22–26 years
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
- Eligibility Restrictions:
- Indian nationals only
- Fresh graduates; candidates currently employed are not eligible
- Full-time office attendance is mandatory (no part-time or remote work)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support administrative functions, project execution, and financial analysis
- Contribute to operational management and policy implementation
- Assist in digital transformation initiatives aligned with NEP-2020
- Maintain high standards of data management and reporting
